Qualification Required: Minimum Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 year in Back Office, Sales Coordination or Documentation Roles
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Manage sales documentation: quotations, POs, invoices, delivery notes
- Process Sales Orders in ERP/SAP/CRM systems
- Verify customer Purchase Orders for pricing, terms, and product accuracy
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Production & Dispatch teams for seamless order flow
- Maintain structured document records and update internal databases
- Support billing & invoicing, including uploading invoices on customer portals
- Follow up with customers for payments and pending documents
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and documentation dashboards
- Create presentations & assist the sales team with customer communication
- Support ISO/QMS documentation and compliance processes
- Handle internal and customer queries related to order status & documentation
Skills Required
- Strong documentation management skills
- Good understanding of sales POs, invoicing & order processes
- Proficiency in Excel & MS Office
- Experience with ERP/SAP/CRM systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication & coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
