Role Description Business Development Executive

Location: On-site Bookingjini Office, Bhubaneswar

Job Type: Full-time

CTC: 3.6 LPA

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive who loves interacting with clients, understands sales psychology, and wants to grow fast in a SaaS environment.

Your role will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential hotel partners
  • Conducting product demos (online/offline)
  • Building strong relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining CRM updates and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, hospitality tech, and high-growth startup execution.

  • Qualifications12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Freshers with exceptional academic records and strong communication skills are welcome to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in client-facing conversations
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work from office (Bhubaneswar location mandatory)
