Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Protrainy's training programs. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, generating leads, representing the company to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales execution
  • Proficient in market research and analysis techniques to identify new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with internal teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Civil Engineering industry or E-learning space is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to drive growth and innovation
