Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong customer relationships. The Business Development Executive will work to understand client needs, present suitable solutions, and collaborate with the internal teams to achieve sales and revenue goals, while maintaining the company's standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
