Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential partners or clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving business growth targets. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, understanding market trends, and providing actionable insights to the team.

- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Account Management and handling client relationships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of Business and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
- Experience in a similar role in the education or consulting industry is an advantage
