About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Business Development Manager to drive pipeline growth and create new business opportunities for PitchSense AI.

This is not a traditional SDR or Inside Sales role focused solely on cold calling and meeting generation. We are seeking someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities across multiple channels, engage prospects through consultative conversations, and contribute to revenue growth through solution-led selling.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, commercially aware, and comfortable working across outreach, account research, relationship building, partnerships, and opportunity development.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Proven ability to generate qualified business opportunities and build pipeline through strategic outreach.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, with the ability to understand customer challenges and position relevant solutions.
  • High-potential, intellectually curious individual who can engage in meaningful business conversations rather than simply follow a sales script.
  • Experience using multiple outreach channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Ability to identify and pursue opportunities across different markets, accounts, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong research and account-mapping skills to uncover decision-makers and business needs.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting messaging based on the audience.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful approach to business development and opportunity creation.
  • Preference for candidates with a consultative mindset rather than purely transactional inside sales experience.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, technology, AI, and modern GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.

Requirements 

  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Development, Partnerships, or Consultative Sales.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop strategic opportunities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales cycles, enterprise buying processes, and solution selling.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, GTM strategy, and emerging technologies.
