Company Description Asavi® is a premium spice producer focused on preserving the natural essential oils, aroma, and nutrients of spices through cold, stone-crushing processes. The company follows strict quality standards, including pesticide-free practices and NABL-tested verification for every batch. Asavi® owns and manages the land where its spices are grown, ensuring full control over sourcing and traceability.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Agra. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new B2B opportunities. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via meetings and presenting Asavi®s value proposition and product standards to decision-makers. The role involves managing and growing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams for pricing, samples, and contracts, and tracking the sales pipeline in an organized manner. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of business and B2B sales, preferably in food, FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and international clients.
  • Proven account management abilities, including relationship-building, negotiation, and after-sales support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field plus min 2 years of equivalent practical experience. Maximum 4 years of experience is needed.
  • Comfort working on-site in Agra and traveling as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting
