Location: Motera, Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Convert leads into long-term business relationships
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads effectively
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to provide tailored client solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Required Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales
  • Experience selling IT services, software solutions, web development, or digital marketing services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outbound sales activities
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes will be an added advantage
