About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Managers who are passionate about sales, marketing, and building strong customer relationships. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential clients, explain our products/services, and convert them into long-term subscription customers.
We are open to hiring individual professionals as well as complete sales teams ready to drive growth together.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through:
Online channels (social media, digital platforms, company-generated leads)
Offline networking
Self-sourced leads
Engage with interested and social media-generated leads provided by the company.
Identify and approach self-interested prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Interact with prospects, understand their requirements, and clearly explain our product offerings.
Convert leads into paid subscription customers.
Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture relationships to ensure long-term customer retention.
Maintain proper lead tracking and sales reporting.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
Are highly motivated and target-driven.
Have strong passion for sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Are confident in both online and offline client interactions.
Have the ability to convert warm leads into subscriptions.
Can work independently or as part of a team.
Have prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
