Job Summary
Kodo (an initiative by QBrainX and XNovaQ) is looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive to join our team. The Kodo Program is a premier 12-month AI/ML Career Fast-Track program designed to produce job-ready technology professionals. We are seeking a candidate with a background in
corporate relations, staffing, or ed-tech sales who is passionate about connecting industry leaders with top-tier talent. You will be instrumental in identifying hiring partners, securing internship/placement opportunities for our graduates, and driving B2B collaborations to contribute to our ecosystem's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential corporate clients (IT services, product companies, startups) to generate new leads for placing Kodo graduates and interns.
- Client Engagement: Engage prospects through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn networking, and industry events to establish strong business relationships and understand their hiring needs.
- Solution Presentation: Effectively present the value proposition of the Kodo Program's project-ready AI/ML talent to hiring managers and HR heads, highlighting our 6-month intensive training and internship model.
- Proposal & Closure: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals for hiring partnerships, campus drives, and Train & Hire models.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the placement and delivery teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience for corporate partners and successful onboarding for our candidates.
Requirements
- Experience: 24 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or staffing (preferably in the IT or Ed-Tech sector).
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate B2B leads, build a client pipeline, and convert them into business opportunities/hiring partnerships.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to corporate decision-makers.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office tools.
