Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless service for new clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT staffing sector.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
