We specialize in enterprise-grade applications in the Healthcare and Finance sectors. To expand our footprint in North America, we are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our Coimbatore team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a solo performer who can independently identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities in the US market, with a strong focus on Healthcare or Finance domains.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the US business landscape, the ability to engage with CXOs, and a proven track record of generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for IT/software services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development for US clients, from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify new opportunities in the Healthcare or Finance industries (payers, providers, SaaS companies, fintechs, lenders, insurance firms, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and industry databases.
  • Present ApplogiQ's capabilities, case studies, and technical strengths to decision-makers.
  • Build long-term relationships with US-based prospects and maintain consistent communication.
  • Work closely with technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and project estimations.
  • Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets independently.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, and activity reporting.
  • Represent ApplogiQ in virtual meetings, demos, and client discussions aligned with US time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for IT services, with at least 3 years targeting the US market.
  • Strong domain exposure in Healthcare (HIPAA, RCM, EHR, payer/provider ecosystem) or Finance (fintech, lending, banking, compliance).
  • Proven solo performer with experience handling end-to-end lead generation and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored for US clients.
  • Experience interacting with CXOs, Directors, and Product/Tech teams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, software services, and technical terminology.
  • Prior experience working during US shift or overlapping US hours.
  • High energy, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Experience preparing proposals, pitch decks, and ROI-driven sales narratives.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, PCI DSS).
  • Exposure to product-based or SaaS sales in the US markets.
