Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Haveli. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities across Fox Aircomm's digital marketing and communication services, including bulk SMS, WhatsApp promotion, voice calls, and digital advertising. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves managing and growing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also research market trends, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and feedback to management.
Qualifications
  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Knowledge of business and sales processes, including prospecting, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
  • Account management abilities, including relationship-building, upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp campaigns, paid advertising, website solutions) is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or business development.
