This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bangalore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to drive business growth. The role will involve identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting Square Yards services to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Experience in lead generation and maintaining relationships with clients

Excellent problem-solving

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in any stream

Comfortable working on weekends, Mondays will be off

Calling on leads provided by the company.
