Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an EdTech Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the education technology sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will engage with schools, colleges, training institutes, and other education partners to introduce Globelance's offerings, deliver product presentations, and negotiate commercial terms. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies, gather client feedback, and support revenue growth and market expansion.
