Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role includes meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable RERA-verified options, and providing consultative guidance throughout the decision-making process. The executive will maintain regular follow-ups, manage client relationships, coordinate site visits, and support closure of transactions in collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities also include tracking market trends, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies and client experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on building and converting a strong pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business and basic sales processes, including negotiation and revenue-focused decision-making.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and client presentation.
  • Experience in Account Management, including nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring post-sale support.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, financial services, or a related client-facing sales role preferred.
  • Comfortable working on-site in the Pune Division and conducting regular client meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to work with CRM or lead management tools, and familiarity with basic MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
