Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will perform tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand business reach. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business acumen with a focus on achieving growth targets
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Pune and other operating regions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar business development or client-facing role is preferred
