Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can drive growth opportunities, build strong client connections, and contribute to the company's expansion through strategic communication and relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry professionals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and project pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and client communication history.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and business forums.
  • Support leadership with business insights, sales forecasting, and growth strategies.

  • Experience in handling B2B clients and managing sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert opportunities into business.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence in conducting meetings and business discussions independently.
  • Professional maturity to work with leadership teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
