Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Shukrawar Peth, Pune

CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance + Laptop Allowance + 5 Lakh Medical Insurance

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by meeting companies and recruitment agencies.
  • Pitch Apna's hiring solutions and job platform to potential clients.
  • Acquire and onboard new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Managers, Recruiters, and Business Owners.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment Sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with field sales and client acquisition activities.
