Location: Shukrawar Peth, Pune

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business by meeting companies and recruitment agencies.
- Pitch Apna's hiring solutions and job platform to potential clients.
- Acquire and onboard new clients.
- Build strong relationships with HR Managers, Recruiters, and Business Owners.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field sales and client acquisition activities.
