Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts and execution plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and develop B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and EPC partners for solar BoS products.
  • Generate leads, qualify enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales independently.
  • Build and manage a strong dealer & distributor network for complete BoS product range.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and increase wallet share.
  • Conduct regular market mapping to identify current and future business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for quotations, orders, payments, and customer coordination.
  • Handle customer escalations and provide pre-sales technical & commercial support.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand reach.
  • Achieve all assigned monthly and annual sales targets and reporting requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Tech/B.E. / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in solar BoS / solar product sales (not EPC execution).
  • Strong regional market knowledge and existing B2B network preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
