Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at our Thane facility for a Business Development Executive. The key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Additional responsibilities include executing account management strategies, client follow-ups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in building and maintaining Business and Account Management strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or environmental services industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus
