Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Sales Executive/Field Business Development Executive for our Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will focus on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting and selling services, negotiating contracts, implementing business development strategies, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and marketing strategy concepts.
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role; familiarity with the Mumbai market is a strong advantage.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and open-minded towards innovative and creative marketing approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
