Business Development Executive (BDE) | Flybed HomeFlybed Home is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expansion team. Working directly with the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and scaling our One City One Partner franchise model.
Key Responsibilities- Business Expansion: Support the execution of our franchise model by identifying potential partners and conducting initial outreach and presentations.
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, market research, and social media outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with architects, interior designers, builders, and prospective franchise partners.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for regional growth.
- Sales Support: Assist franchise partners in understanding our product portfolio and coordinate with the showroom team for seamless order execution.
- Branding & Events: Represent Flybed Home at exhibitions and industry events to drive brand awareness.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM/BD tracker and ensure all documentation aligns with company policy.
Qualifications & Skills- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 25 years in Business Development, Franchise Development, or Channel Sales (Experience in Furniture or Home Interiors is a strong plus).
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Mindset: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Logistics: Ability to commute to our office/site locations (Convenient for candidates based along the Western Line).
