We are seeking aBusiness Development Executivewith a strong communication skills and a keen understanding of IT sales lifecycles.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and generating leads to drive company growth. The Business Development Executive will build strong client relationships, communicate effectively to understand client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions/services.
  • Manage and support the complete IT sales lifecyclefrom prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Track sales activities and maintain detailed CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
