We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong expertise in online bidding and IT sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, along with a proven track record of handling international clients and closing deals in domains such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, and Blockchain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently identify, bid, and secure high-quality projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare tailored, high-value proposals to maximize conversion rate.
- Maintain and enhance company profiles on bidding platforms to increase visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather accurate project estimates, timelines, and solution roadmaps.
- Lead client communication from initial discussion to project finalization, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
- Work strategically to achieve monthly lead generation, revenue targets, and conversion goals.
- Contribute to business development strategies, market expansion, and new service positioning.
Requirements:
- 04 years of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive in an IT company.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, AI, and blockchain technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
- Solid experience in handling client calls, requirement gathering, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple bids, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
