Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Career Counseling vertical.
The primary focus of this role is to engage with students, parents, and universities, build strong relationships, and drive enrollments for our career guidance programs.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, persuasive, and passionate about guiding students toward the right academic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with students and parents to understand academic goals and career aspirations
- Provide detailed information about career counseling programs
- Coordinate with universities and institutional partners
- Manage end-to-end student engagement and enrollment process
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong relationship management
- Handle queries via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Achieve enrollment and partnership targets
