Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account management. This role involves client communication, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business operations and market strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage
