Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present company products/services to potential customers
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or product demos
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiation documents
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaign support

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

  • 03 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers can also apply if specified)
