We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can actively generate leads, manage online bidding platforms, nurture client relationships, and contribute to overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover, source, and evaluate new business leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, emails, cold calls, and professional networking.
- Handle and manage online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals to acquire new projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized business solutions.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from initial lead generation to deal closure.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Perform market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within IT or software services.
- Practical experience using online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with negotiation abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to establish strong client connections.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
