Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing client accounts. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to identify client needs, presenting strategies to potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The individual will be working closely with the team to drive growth and expand the company's client base.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Excellent Business and Account Management abilities
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and presentation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research market trends and understand client needs
- Experience in the digital marketing or creative design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
