Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The role involves conducting market research, planning and executing lead generation strategies, and driving business growth to meet organizational goals. Additionally, collaboration with the internal team to align strategy and execution will be a critical component of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and enhance relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective client interaction
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets
- Experience in the digital marketing or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
