Key Requirements:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads through multiple channels
  • Understand client requirements related to digital marketing solutions and propose suitable offerings
  • Conduct client presentations and proposal discussions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Qualification:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Digital Marketing / IT Services / Media / SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales processes independently
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Confident, result-oriented, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with agencies or digital service companies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
