We are hiring a Inside Business Development Executive who will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into paying clients. This is a target-driven, voice-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
- Explain FileTaxOnline's services clearly and confidently
- Pitch services to decision-makers and close sales
- Convert inquiries into revenue-generating projects
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain basic call and lead follow-up records
Eligibility & Skills
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
- Good command of Hindi
- Prior telecalling / inside sales experience preferred
- Confident communicator with convincing skills
- Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
