Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Key daily tasks also include conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams for customer solutions, and preparing proposals to meet client needs while driving business growth.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong knowledge in Business processes and strategies for identifying market opportunities.
• Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the media or events industry is an advantage.
