About CygniSoft Staffing
CygniSoft Staffing provides workforce solutions across manufacturing, logistics, technology, and healthcare sectors in India. We are expanding our client base in Gujarat and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive new business acquisition and support local operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing services
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
- Present staffing solutions to HR heads and business owners
- Negotiate and close service agreements
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth delivery
- Manage and oversee daily office operations in the Baroda location
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and coordination with the head office
- Achieve quarterly revenue and gross margin targets
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Contract Amount: 20,000 per month
- Commission: 15 percent of the first year gross margin generated from each new client acquired
- Commission payable after client payment is received by CygniSoft Staffing
- Commission applicable for the first 12 months of revenue from that client
Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales or the staffing industry is preferred
- A strong local network in Gujarat is an advantage
- Ability to handle both business development and basic office operations
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Good communication and negotiation skills
