Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, conducting client outreach, and managing client accounts. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for client needs, while consistently achieving and exceeding business growth targets.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business acumen and proven ability in pursuing business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the technology or software development industry is advantageous
