We are looking for a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) with 6 months – 1 year of experience to join our growing team on-site in Indore, MP.

*This is an on-site position, so we are considering only Indore/local candidates.*
Location: Indore
Mode: Work From Office (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients for IT services
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Generate leads through online platforms, calls, and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and onboarding
• Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline, and reports
• Support marketing and sales initiatives
Requirements
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)
• Good command of English for client interaction
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team effectively
