Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Brand Acquisition) to drive outbound sales and onboard retail and commerce brands onto a conversion-based commerce platform. This role requires high-volume outreach, strong lead qualification skills, and ownership of the early sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be confident in cold calling, consistent in follow-ups, and capable of generating qualified meetings on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build a database of retail and commerce brands across India.
• Execute structured outbound outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Generate and qualify leads based on defined sales criteria.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations and explain the conversion-based model.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Head of Sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity tracking.
• Meet monthly targets for meetings and qualified brand leads.
