Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients from the company database and other sources.

• Handle client inquiries and explain property details, pricing, and availability.

• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to close deals.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values

Qualifications

  • 1-2Year Experience in Business development in commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Two-wheeler is mandatory (for client site visits).
  • Prior experience in real estate sales / business development will be an added advantage.
