Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and using communication skills to identify and address client needs, as well as contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High proficiency in CRM tools and general computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the travel or corporate services industry is an advantage
