Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in lead generation, outbound calling, B2B sales, and client handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch relevant services
  • Drive B2B sales through structured follow-ups and presentations
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure regular updates in CRM
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B client management
  • Preferred Industry Background: IT Services, Real Estate, or Digital Marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
