EQTY LYFE A U.S.-based real estate and finance company focused on transforming equity, housing, and financial solutions through data-driven strategies.
Consultixs A financial research and advisory firm specializing in equity markets, strategic insights, and analytics.
Both organizations rely on proactive business development and client engagement to expand market presence, build partnerships, and drive growth. You will play a key role in achieving these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across finance, real estate, and consultancy sectors
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase company services
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align outreach strategies
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for business insights
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
Candidate Profile:
- Ambitious, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in building client relationships and handling communications independently
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about finance and real estate sectors
- Capable of managing multiple leads and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Onsite availability in Hyderabad
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Internship or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development
- Exposure to finance, real estate, or consulting domains
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or presentation tools
Compensation & Growth:
- Salary: Flat in hand INR 15 ,000 per month and based on performance INR 15 ,000 per month Incentives if you reach 3000$ business
- Full-time onsite role in Hyderabad, much potential environment to get more income
