Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

What we need:

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: 16 years

Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, browsing, typing)

Ready to work from office, 6 Days a week, 10am to 7pm

Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi (clear voice & confidence over phone is a must)

Hunger to learn and grow in sales career

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of up -skilling depending on the student's area of interest.
  • Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone & creating a strong pipeline.
  • Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
  • Help them understand the importance of navigating a career.
  • Must be a good listener and be trained in matching candidate needs to a future career.

Qualification

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
  • Attractive Incentive Structure.
