Role Overview:
We're hiring a results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in tech recruiting and staffing. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition—targeting GCCs (Global Capability Centers) in India with 1000+ employees that need engineering talent. You'll leverage lead generation tools to build pipelines, close deals, and drive revenue through vendor empanelments and staffing contracts.
