Responsibilities

- Inbound Handling:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through phone calls.
- Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through calls and gathering necessary information
- Sales Closing:Guiding customers through the sales process, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.
- Meeting Targets:Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Product Knowledge:Staying updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Reporting:Providing regular reports on call activity, sales, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
