Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities related to staffing and recruitment services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Understand client hiring requirements and align them with our recruitment capabilities
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, companies, and growth opportunities
- Handle initial client discussions, service explanations, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Business Development or Sales (staffing/recruitment preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of recruitment or staffing workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Professional email, call, and client-handling skills
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients or global markets
- Onsite availability in Ahmedabad

- Experience working with U.S. staffing or IT recruitment firms
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
- Knowledge of U.S. hiring trends and recruitment processes
