About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the Career Services and HR Technology sector serving employers and candidates across India. We design and deliver talent acquisition, upskilling, and employer-engagement solutions that connect companies with high-quality early-career and mid-level talent.

Primary Title: Business Development Executive (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to build a robust sales funnel.
  • Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and manage end-to-end sales cycles to convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline stages in the CRM; update forecasts and activities daily.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs; negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of client engagements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and participate in on-site client meetings and events as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development; ideally within HR tech, recruitment services, or professional services.
  • On-site work authorization in India and willingness to travel domestically for client meetings.
