About the Role

At WFYI, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Business Development Manager to join our team and support the expansion of our enterprise solutions and intelligent automation services.

You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking efforts
  • Assist in setting up meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase WFYI's solutions
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals

Requirements

  • 26 years of experience in business development or sales roles
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with high accountability for result
  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related Field
