Job Role- Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Growth Opportunities: Drive new initiatives by identifying underserved customer segments within the General insurance market. Develop and propose tailored product strategies to effectively address their needs and enhance market penetration.

2. Strategic Product Development: Collaborate closely with both external partners and internal teams to design and implement innovative product strategies. Ensure alignment with business objectives and adaptability to market dynamics.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, internal departments, and customers. Act as a liaison to communicate insights, facilitate collaboration, and ensure the successful execution of product strategies.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of new initiatives against defined metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and drive growth in the general insurance sector.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, product strategy, or account management, ideally within the insurance or fintech industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying market opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
