Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru South. The role includes identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, conduct market research to identify potential clients, and contribute to strategic business planning. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential for cultivating long-term relationships and closing deals that align with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience and expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing or a similar industry will be advantageous
